Nick Britnell | Owner/Contractor
As the 'Kiwi' in KCH, Nick Britnell was born and raised in New Zealand and has been in the building industry for over 25 years. As the son of a general contractor, Nick started working in construction at a very young age. Completing his Nz carpentry apprenticeship in 2002, an accredited qualification proving skills and knowledge in building, Nick had the privilege to work on some incredible projects in his local hometown of Christchurch.
Nick's love for travel, combined with his love for building, led to Nick working on luxury construction projects around the world, including Fiji, Nantucket, Seattle, Crested Butte, Austin, Tahoe, and San Fransisco (to name a few). In 2006, he gravitated towards the Craftsman and Victorian homes, fascinated by the custom woodwork and quality of these vintage homes. His work on these homes allowed him to hone his craftsmanship and custom woodworking.
In 2012 he gained his General Contractors License and has continued to refine his trade and his love for travel ever since.

As an artist working in the building industry for 11 years, Delena has a unique eye for how to achieve a functional cohesive space that feels like home.
Her ability to see the big picture is what makes her such an asset in KCH. She is the advocate for the client and will ensure that their vision, budget, and timeline is upheld.
